Berlin-based, nu-jazz project Skyline Sun has teamed up with vocalist and producer Norbu to present a fusion of Funk, Soul and RnB in ‘Committed’. Skyline Sun is the musical moniker for producer and guitarist Jarrah Dhyan, while Norbu is the moniker for Rotterdam based producer and multi-instrumentalist Ben Bultrini.

Committed is an ode to artists and dreamers to pursue their love and passion without remorse. Skyline Sun delivers a dreamy track, fusing jazz horns, a funk-inspired groove and an atmospheric soundscape all tied together with Norbu's emotive vocals to create a sound that is both rooted in tradition and modern and refreshing. A product of a long distance collaboration between Berlin, Germany and Rotterdam, the Netherlands during a pandemic, these two artists bring an old sound and soul into a new era with this pensive piece. With the stimuli of a globalised world and the increasing capacity to lose attention, this song makes a call to keep stay focused and stay committed.
